GEP CoP |
A Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) can be anything you wish; for example, it could include facilitating a panel discussion, presenting a roundtable or hosting a workshop. If you wish to host a KSS, you need to fill in a form stating the theme you wish to host your session under, your proposed title and learning objectives (these do not need to be set in stone and can be changed later, if necessary) and a member of the GEP team will be in touch.
Any member of the GEP community is welcome to host a KSS and active participation is encouraged from everyone!
To give the GEP CoP some structure, we wish to host the first KSS for each Knowledge Agenda on the last Tuesday every other month (see dates below) at 9:00 AM UK time (the time can be flexible, we suggest 9:00AM as it is suitable for the majority of our current members). However, sessions following on from the first KSS can be held at the date/time chosen by the host during the two-month focus for their chosen theme. The first formal KSS under each knowledge agenda may shape the online discussion and future KSS, therefore the form will also ask if you are happy to host the first session.
